Peer Review Process
After a phone interview with one of our staff about your project and our estimated fee, we will ask you to send us a copy of your documents for a quick review and then send an updated fee and timing proposal for your approval. Your submission package would then be reviewed by a county certified architect, and then our firm would send a list of items that would need clarification or modification to meet the requirements for submission to the permit department. Your design professionals would then make the required changes, if any, and then submit back to our office for review. When the submission package is acceptable, our Certified Peer Reviewer would seal the documents with their county provided review stamp, and you would then submit the certified documents to Land Development Services for final approval.
